Every program, event, and initiative we offer is designed to empower, inspire, and strengthen—not only individuals, but the networks that surround them. AAUW Sarasota champions equity through education, leadership development, and advocacy. We believe that every girl deserves access to role models who reflect her potential, and every woman deserves the tools and confidence to pursue her goals. From scholarships and skills training to community partnerships, we create pathways that help turn dreams into achievements. 

But our mission extends beyond individual success. True equity means transforming the systems and mindsets that hold women and girls back. It means challenging stereotypes, addressing inequalities, and fostering cultures of inclusion—at home, in schools, in workplaces, and throughout society.
